F1 visa from "ZhongXin Bank" wildcloud2003-10-30 02:29:00

I am thinking of visiting back this winter. But I want to mail the documents for visa back to my family and ask them to hand in them at "ZhongXin Bank". After the visa is approved, they then mail the passport back to me.

Did anyone try this before and succeed? Thanks a lot!
