Thanks all for the replies!!
My question: Back to Sept, I already made an inquiry to the Canadian embassy in Seattle about my case of J1 waiver. I was told that I need to start with a letter indicating the reason why I want to have it waived.
Based on your experience, what kind of reason would be good?
also, usually how long does it take to finish the while waiving process? Once I receive it, can I still use it to enter U.S.? mine will be expired in mid of June. But I run back and forth between U.S. and Canada alot.
Thanks!!
