We get an unfair agreement from our company which is a family company. 4 out of seven are the family members and one of non-family member has green card and does not know English. One girl and I are holding H1 visa. We feel this agreement is unfair to us, especially, the 3rd and 4th one, so that we need to seek for help and good advice from you!!!

XXXX, Inc. EMPLOYMENT POLICIES
The following paragraphs contain some of the employment policies and procedures of XXXX, Inc.
1. All employment at XXXX is at will. You can quit your job any time you want to. However, we ask that you give us 15 days notice and train your replacement.
2. You get five days paid vacation annually after one year of employment.
3. We do not allow paid days off (sick days). If you do not come to work, you do not get paid.
4. While all employment is at will, and we can let you go at any time for any reason, we want to let you know that being late for work three times in one month will probably lead to termination, in our discretion.
5. Every new employment is on probation for three months, i.e., no benefits.
6. no personal phone calls at company
