I got a rfe of my 485 application today for a certified english translation of my chinese birth certificate. Below is the msg i got from lawyer:
--Our office has recently received a Request for Evidence (RFE) for your pending I-485 Application. The USCIS is requesting a certified English translation by an UNRELATED third party of your foreign-language birth certificate.
Should i just resend my chinese birth certificate again as it has the english translation from chinese notary public already (but i dont think the certified english translation page is there), If i need to get it translated here by third party, what is the best way to do it? Any suggestions?
