Hi, I received a RFE for my I-485 application asking for employment
offer letter for a permanent, fulltime job. My I140 is approved based
on NIW. I applied myself. As far as I know, this kind of application does
not need employer. Why they ask me for it ?
Also, I am not a permanent employee now though fulltime employed.
How can I respond ?
Can I argure with them that I don't need employer ?
