各位老师，

How to get H1B visa stamping done in China after receiving I797 with no I94 ? Is it more risky than a regular H1B with change of status?

What extra documents do I need to carry? I was subjected to the 212(e) but got it waived before petition is approved. I departed US before my OPT expired with 2 month grace period.  Do I need to worry about the background check of the OPT?

What questions will be asked by VO in such situations in Consulate?
