我已绿卡，给国内的爱人办理follow-to-join, 填写DS-260表格遇到一个问题：
“Security and Background Information”里有一个问题“Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking
to perform medical services in the United States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its equivalent?”
---我爱人是国内医学院毕业，国内医生。
如选“no”,来美后将来真的考medical board,可以吗？会有麻烦？移民局不让考,或考过了不让match做住院医生？这个好像不归移民局管，是否medical board 和移民局之间有联网？
如选"yes"，表格需要填“explain”。是否被移民局认为抢美国国内的高薪职业的机会？是否会对移民签证的申请有影响或delay ? 该如何explain ? 请问有无模板？
