我绿卡，去年爱人移民签证入境获得绿卡。
小孩在中国出生，7岁，去年7月份以B-2签证入境，6个月停留期，到今年1月11号截止。1月份我们给小孩递交了I-539 B-2延期申请，幸运的是刚收到延期申请的approval notice，新的I-94到期日是7月11日。
您当时的建议是“-If the I-539 is approved in June, then you can file I-130 and your child can file I-485 together/concurrently in June (there is the visa number available for F2A in this June).”
我查了一下国务院刚公布的下个月7月份的visa bulletin,
表A: F2A, China-mainland born是“C", current;
表B: F2A, China-mainland born是"01Jun20".
再查USCIS Next Month's Adjustment of Status Filing Charts
For Family-Sponsored Filings:
In the F2A category, there is a cutoff date on the Dates for Filing chart. However, the category is “current” on the Final Action Dates chart. This means that applicants in the F2A category may file using the Final Action Dates chart for July 2020.
请教： 这是否意味着7月份和6月份一样，the visa number is available for F2A?
我们可以file I-130 and I-485 together/concurrently，只要确保在6月底或最迟7月11号（新的I-94到期日）之前移民局收到申请就可以了，这样理解对吗？
请教：我们的理解，递交材料后，小孩就进入AOS状态，可以合法留在美国和我们在一起，一直等到绿卡批准。那还需要在7月11号（新的I-94到期日）之前递交第二次B-2延期申请吗？应该不需要了吧。能请您确认一下吗？
