第一次B-2延期截止日是7月11日，USCIS处理很慢，目前还没有收到approval notice。
“-If the I-539 is approved in June, then you can file I-130 and your child can file I-485 together/concurrently in June (there is the visa number available for F2A in this June).”
问题： 如果I-539在6月份仍然未批，（6月份visa number is available），能否还在6月份同时提交I-130和I-485 ？
“-If the I-539 is not approved in June, then just wait to check the Visa Bulletin to see whether the visa number is still available in July. If yes, then file I-130 and I-485 concurrently. ”
如果I-539在6月份未批，就等到7月份看visa number is available or not。如果7月份visa number is available，就在7月份同时提交I-130和I-485。
有个问题：如果I-539到7月份仍然未批， 而7月份visa number is available，还能在7月份同时提交I-130和I-485吗？
这个问题和上一个问题其实是一个问题（本月visa number is available， 但是本月 I-539仍未批， 本月还能同时提交I-130和I-485吗？）
“If no, then file I-539 to extend the B2 status again. ” 如果7月份visa number is NOT available，就在7月提交I-539继续延期。
问题： 如果7月份我小孩还未收到第一次B-2延期的approval notice, 我们将无法提交另一个延期申请（"No. Your child has to wait for the I-539 approval to file another extension application.”）。小孩该怎么办？是否必须在延期日（7月11日）之前离境？
由于 COVID-19 pandemic和中美之间航班限制，无法离境，呆在美国，7月11日以后多停留的时间是否不合法？会不会影响他将来的绿卡申请和批准？
如果8月或9月份收到第一次B-2延期的approval notice, 此时已经超出延期日一段时间了，能否还提交另一个B-2延期申请？

不要递交I-130，除非当月visa number is available, 当月可以同时提交I-130和I-485， 或者，在新的B2延期批准之后。
我的理解：换句话说，这个月visa number is available, 这个月就可以同时提交I-130和I-485。 或者，在新的B2延期批准之后， 可以提交I-130申请。
如果我的理解正确，我小孩的case, 同时提交I-130和I-485的前提条件是这个月visa number is available。只要这个月visa number is available, 这个月就可以同时提交I-130和I-485。和B-2延期申请批准与否没有关系，B-2延期申请批准并不是同时提交I-130和I-485的必要条件？ 这个理解对的还是错的？
