是不是要在section 11, question 23， 选YES?

我的罚单都是$500以下，是不是就不用寄罚单的copy了。只在item 29的表格上列出来就行了？（item29说provide any evidence to support your answer)

Why这一栏要不要强调是traffic ticket?
Outcome这一栏可不可以写：paid fine no chages filed?
