I just got a letter from Buffalo instructing me to send passport and new photographs for visa issuance.

I also need your help:
1. COuld anyone kindly inform me what are the specifications for the new photoes? They didn't attach the specification as they said in the ltter.
2. My hu*****and took the medical exam in June 2002, which expires already, is he supposed to retake one? they didn't mention anything in the letter though.
3. if the visa is issued, would there be a problem when landing due to the expiration of the medical exam results?
