Help!!!, please. If you have any idea, please tell me. Thank you.

I filed my I-140 (NIW) in December, 2003, and my I-485 in April, 2004. I had my figerprint taken in September. The processing date for I-140 at TSC is now April 15, 2004. But, haven't received any decision on my case. I strongly believe that my NIW is very qualified. What are possible reasons for the delay of my case???
