About INS service call, fads2005-01-10 01:37:00

I tried several month ago to do the *inquery of my I-485 cases. There is an option with which I could eventually talk to a person of INS over there and put an inquery over my case.

But these days(since last week), I found I can't go through the phone options to reach a representives over there via the same INS number:1-800-375-5283

Did I miss something? Or INS canceled that service already?
