My parents' visas were denied twice last year, the reason is that I have not gone back for 3 years. The visa officer said that I should go back visit them. I came to US as F2, then transferred to F1. Now I am holding H1.
I plan to visit my parents this summer. I wonder can I apply visa with them, they apply B1 and I apply H1 at the same time. Can they get visa in this way or they need to wait several months to apply?
