刚刚收到绿卡面试通知，上面有一条说：The financial sponsor on Form I-864 must
be prepared to submit copies of Federal Income Tax Returns for the last
3 years, current employment letter with pay stubs.

请问I-864是什么？应由谁来填，我自己还是雇主？这里要的是谁的税表，我的还是
雇主的？
