准备申请J-1 waiver, through Interested Government Agency (如NASA，DOD，NSF).
真心请问怎么填写DS-3015表中的如下要求?
A statement demonstrating why the exchange visitor is eligible to receive a waiver of the two-year home country requirement of the exchange visitor program. The length of the statement may vary。

需要注意什么? 是否要请律师? 有什么有用的Package可以买的吗?
