My hu*****and (he is the primary applicant) is going to file 485 for both of us. I am also a H1B holder, but I work for a consulting company and my pay check is closely tied to the project I do. If there is no project, there is usually no pay check or a pay check with a few $$ on it. I don't know if this will be a problem for my 485.
Can anyone (who has filed 485) tell me if I also need to submit my H1B, payroll and W2 when my hu*****and files 485 for me? Please share your experience with me. Thank you very much for your reply!!!
