我老公快要申请485, 我有H1B Visa, 但我为一家咨询公司工作, 工资是有一顿没一顿的, 自然是低于标准. 在此请问大家办过485的同胞: 当我老公为我申请485时需要我的Pay Check and W2 吗？在此谢谢大家了！！
