打算把出租屋2年卖一幢，有什么好的建议可以avoid capital gain tax?

For example, the property was not rented in consecutive two years in the past five years. If so , can capital gain tax be avoided?

investment properties have nothing to do with the 5 year rul

Move in for 2 yr, sell it. then move in to next one for 2...

You only save 2 years of capital gain, not all of it.

如果频繁的做，IRS会不会有问题？

You can only claim one every 2 years.
