我们公司每年6月中旬是工资调整，刚与老板chat, 我问他公司会为雇员做啥 to fight inflation, 他告诉我， 公司初步决定给 salary employee 7% of salary (one time ) this year to fight inflation。以后每年再议。
7％工资不少钱了， 应付日常生活品涨价还是有余的。
当然基本工资调整是另外的， 为关心雇员的公司工作， 还是蛮感动的。
