I am buying a 5-year-house. The inspector found two anchors on the roof are not properly sealed; and it may have already caused damage. See the ceiling in the picture below.  My agent already made an appointment with a roofer to check out the attic and actual damager. The seller is not willing to let the roofer  check on her house; nor would she repair anything. The excuse is that she would be responsible if the roofer falls.

Should I walk away from this house?

If roofer is insured and bonded

Not a big deal IMHO but inspector should be able to answer

10%都估少了，但利率估计也奔7了

卖家称房子没漏，ceiling 是其它问题造成的，也不让Roof 查看
