一开始，没有人料到会有人丧尽天良到竟然在孩子的奶粉里下毒，人民愤怒了；后来，三十万（这只是个保守数字）三聚氰胺儿童得不到应有的补偿，人民继续愤怒；现在，为这些孩子奔走、为本该由国家来主持的公平正义而奔走的人，却被押送上国家的法庭，罪名是“寻衅滋事”，有些人倒不敢再愤怒了。

赵连海年仅五岁的孩子站在法庭外，举着“我爱爸爸”、“爸爸回家”的牌子，见者伤心。他是受害者，为了给千千万万像他一样的受害者讨回公道，他的爸爸正戴着手铐脚镣，接受国家的审判。

看见这里面致命的矛盾了吗。为人民维权益的人，要接受国家审判，罪名是“滋事”，证明这个政权的根本利益是与人民的利益针锋相对的，证明他们要维护的所谓“稳定”，是建立在牺牲人权的基础上的。请问，你是否真的明白，你正生活在这样一个政府的管理下。

有些人不明白，因为手铐脚镣并没有戴在他们手上脚上，并且他们没有一个喝过三鹿奶粉的孩子。这种安全是苟且偷生式的。如果当一个维权者站出来却被审判，而周围人都保持沉默时，那么当你我不幸成为受害者，谁还会站出来呢，你终究会为你的沉默付出代价。

有人绝望地说，那我们要怎么办呢，除了推荐和关注，我们又能做什么呢？亲爱的朋友，请不要如此悲观。请注意当你推荐一条新闻、关注一个事件时，你已经注入了你的力量，你的力量就是向社会表示，你并没有沉默，也没有捂上耳朵假装听不见那位母亲的哭喊。你是一个活着的人，你存在着。如果我们有足够多的人站出来表示自己不再沉默，我们就能改变一些事情。

如果赵连海被判刑，意味着我生活在一个维权有罪的国家。一个“维权有罪”的国家是什么国家？这个问题让我今晚睡不着觉。
