男，80多岁，糖尿病不能换膝关节，照片子结论如下，怎么能改善呢？
打过几次封闭了，貌似效果越来越短，这药也有耐药性？
Left knee:
There is severe left narrowing of the medial tibiofemoral joint compartment. moderate size suprapatellar knee joint effusion is present on the left. Fabella in place. Severe patellofemoral osteoarthritis, patellofemoral joint space is nearly effaced and
there are innumerable irregularities in both the patellar as well as the intercondylar groove surface.
Right knee:
Minimal medial tibiofemoral joint compartment narrowing. Minimal spurring associated with the medial tibial spine. No significant right-sided knee joint effusions seen. There is lateral subluxation of the right patella and moderate to severe
patellofemoral osteoarthritis present.
IMPRESSION:
1. Right knee demonstrates mild medial tibiofemoral joint compartment narrowing but severe patellofemoral osteoarthritis associated with lateral subluxation
2. Left knee demonstrates moderate to severe medially accentuated tibiofemoral joint compartment narrowing, severe patellofemoral osteoarthritis, and a moderate knee joint effusion
