We have tried to get emergency AP using family emergency as reason (with Dr note) from local INS but our request was turned down because they don't process employer-based emergency AP. Then we submitted AP to TSC.
Now we are facing the decision whether to land Canada without AP. I don't know whether board INS will refuse our entry because of our I-485 pending situation. My I-20 is still effective so is my hu*****and's I-94. We don't plan to apply for new U.S. visa in Cananda.
Someone said that driving back will be easier than flying back to U.S. Have some of your clients had experience like that? What happened to them.
