(1)I submitted my RIR application last March 14th. I have not heard anything from the Department of Labor. Last December, I submitted my NIW application. It is approved today. My question is, since my RIR priority date(PD) is earlier than my NIW PD, can I transfer my RIR PD to my NIW? I asked this question before. But I got contradictory answers.
(2) I know in general, we can't change job until 6 months after submission of I485. My question is, for NIW, can we change job in the similar field before submission of I485?
