485 Update with PD NOT current popo762006-06-12 15:34:50

I submitted my 140/485 at the concurrently on 09/2005. I did not have time to do the physical exam due to 10/01 deadline. Today, my 485 update stating that a RFE has been sent out. I bet it is asking for the Physcial exam. My case is NIW and my PD is 09/27/2005. It seems that VSC is working hard!!! They are working on 485 associate with PD not current!!!

By the way, both me and my wife did the physical 11/2005. Will the results from that time good or not ( I heard before that results less than a year is good. Is it true?)?
