Both mine and my wife's 485 update today again after a update yesterday. The content remains the same and says that a RFE has been sent out in both of our cases. We did not submit medical exam records last Sept when we submitted our 485s. I guess this might be what the RFE is about.
My question is that our PD is not current yet (NIW 09/27/2005, 140 approved). Does it mean our name check is cleared since they are processing our case now? By the way, we did our Code 3 FP in Nov. 2005
