I have a question about applying OPT and H-1B1 at the same time. I have applied for my OPT already, but have not been approved yet, my employer helped me applying for H-1B1 too, I understand that if my OPT is being approved first, and H-1B1 will be approved later, everything will be OK. My concern is what if my H-1B1 is being approved first, will the later OPT approving overrule H-1B1? Thank you very much for any information you could give me.
