从英国签H1( gunxu 文学城

请问有没有从英国返签 H1 成功的案例.

我于是2001年在美国由F1调整身份至H1,其后一直没有出境.现在因公要去英国出差,已经在美驻英领事馆预约好返签 H1 的时间.请问我这种情况被拒签的可能性有多大.

如被拒签是否一定要回中国再签.
