F1-H1 in two days with 485 pending. singwhilewalking 文学城

I filed H1B premium since my OPT will be end in early August. VSC recieved my application on June 21 and they sent me an approval notice by email today. My 485 was filed two years ago. Xiaobaitu said F1 can not apply H1B in USA when 485 is pending. This is not true according to my experience.
