My wife received a 485 RFE after two FP. It stats that both of the two sets of her finger prints are 'unclassifiable'. Therefore, they (USCIS at VSC) require a 'self affidavit' with support of letters from local law enforcement agency.
She already obtained letters from state criminal record office of CA and PA (where we used to live and live now). Anyone can give a sample of such an affidavit letter? Are there anything else we need?
