Friends please answer my questions or share xperience:
My I-485 has been pending since 07/06 due to Name Chack, and I have to go to Canada for landing soon. I have H1 approve notice (no visa stamp ). Could I face any problem when re-entering at Detroit border with AP, as there will be a Canadiag Immigration in my Passport? Someone said I don't need AP to enter from Canada, and the H1 approve ntice is enough. Is that right?
