USCIS Internal Memorandum on Timelines/Timeframes for Processing Interviews, RFE, NOID, ETC
This memorandum sets forth the internal guidelines for the field offices concerning the timelines for processing various matters. It gives the immigration stakeholders and immigrants some perspectives in managing their immigration petitions or applications. For instance, RFE cannot be extended, but NOID can be extended if they receive the request for extention. Read on.
