我是第一次延期h1b. 填表的时候遇到困惑的问题。
I-129 表Part 2.
2.Basis for classification. 是否应选b. continuation of previously approved employment without change with the same employer？
可是问题3说如果2里选了B, 要求“give the petition receipt number”，然后下面紧接着问题4又是PRIOR PETITION, 说if the beneficiary is in the U.S. as a nonimmigrant and is applying to change and/or extend his or her status, give the prior petition or application receipt#.
我总共就一个receipt#——最初申请的那个. 这次的lca 还没交难道要一个号码两个问题重复的用么？
