My NIW I-140 was approved on August 2005. I-485 is pending at TCS. PD is on July 2005. 3 months away from the cutoff date. But it sounds that the EB2's cutoff date is going to stuck on Apr 2005 this year and might even has some backlogs. For anyone who is wise & experienced on this matter, do you think it is worthwhile to do EB1 now? My concern is the time and money. To do EB1, I'll have to ask for a new set of recommendation letters. Thanks!
