My canada passport put on additional "g" for the birth city, and I will have the new passport at the end of this year (can't do it now since I need travel on Aug., and the new passport application takes 3 months) So, which one of the following choice is the beeter:
1. Put the city name on the passport when file 485. Once new passport is ready, ask them to change to the new one which is used by notarized birthe certificate.(my PD is 03/2007 EB3, so, I have lot of time to do it. But will it possible to be refused and file 485 again)
2. tell the lawyer the truth, and use the one from birth certificate. Put a note on the application, and once new passport is ready, give them the copy of new passpport.(the only problem is that the lawyer may refuse to file 485 for me and ask me wait until I get the new passport. But then I may miss the cut-off date if date is retrogress again. Anyone knows whether the lawyer can refuse to do this or if this is the case, whether I can ask the I140 and LC receipt and do it by myself? the lawyer is payed by my company)
