EB3 I-485 Approved Today (VSC->TSC Transferred)


We finally received the approval notification emails this morning for our I-
485 cases( I and my wife).

EB3 PD 9/12/2002

I-140 and 485 concurrent: Receipt Date: 07/19/2004

1st Finger Print: 04/08/2005

Transfer Notice: 03/07/2007 from VSC to TSC

2nd Finger Print: 05/12/2007

Approval: 07/16/2007

We checked emails and online status several times every day since June 1st a
nd almost gave up our hopes. Finally after so many years the good news comes
this morning.

Thanks to everyone in this board and especially to those who post their appr
oval notices to get us hopes and dreams.
