In one of your previous post, you mentioned "Using Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 15, you can amend your original complaint's "approval" to "adjudication" if AUSA use that to dismiss your case. File the amendment before the court grant AUSA's MTD, which can avoid your case dismissed. Hope it helps."
Can you give me some advice how to file an amendment to the court. I have about 1 week left to response AUSA's MTD. I used both "approval" and "adjudicate" in the complaint. It was not wise and I didn't imagine things can get so complicated.
I would appreciate if you can share with me the template you used for amending. Thanks.
