As I asked yesterday, I filed two 485 on the same 140 on July 3 and Aug 15 since i foud some mistake on the July 3rd 485. Now I do got receipt for the first 485, Please teach me how to deal with the second 485;
1 do nothing? In this case, will the AP with July 3 485 be affected? LD want to go back to china in Dec.
2 cancle the check for the other 485?
3 contact wit USCIS to let them know the case.
Could you please teach me what to do?
And what will be the bad effect?
