My parents came to the U.S. in March on B2 visa that will expire next January. In August, I filed I539 for them and the application was recently denied. I have some questions:
1. If they go back to China now, can they still use the original visa? I heard that their visa got canceled automatically when I filed I539 for them. Is it true?
2. If I decide to appeal, does your law firm handle such cases? What's the likelyhood that their case will be approved?
