我朋友的EB3 485在pending, 有EAD和Advanced Parole. 现在他和美国公民结婚了, 还可以再随I-130递一份485以及EAD和Advanced Parole吗? 在填表时, 如何回答"Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?"? 还有什么其他注意事项?
