FP notice before 485 Receipt? ProudMom 文学城

我是EB3, 我的employer在7/30 寄出的 485, 765 and 131. 我昨天收到指纹通知，从而得知我的485 case number(LIN center)。 online case status 说我的485 receipt notice 已经在9/7寄出, 但我并没有收到。请问一般情况下，receipt notice 是寄给申请人本人还是employer?
