I'm EB2, PD Mar 02, but 485 has been pending since July 05. I contacted state senator and Laura Bush, but still no progress so far. Last time I wrote to Ms. Bush, she did forward my request to FBI and a namecheck direct wrote me a letter in August stating that they'll do as quick as possible. But 4 months past still nothing, and my time is running out (to make a decision stay or leave). Do you have any suggestion how I could give a last try? And how? tks.
