Urgent help needed: EB2 pending at NSC xyz75062008-03-17 19:28:59

i saw many I485 cases were approved recently from Nebraska Center. But my case (which is much older) isn't updated at all. My case is as below:

EB2: PD March 2002; I485 RD July 2005; case transferred from CSC to NSC last March.

Called USCIS quite a few times but no help at all. I was told there is no direct access to Nebraska office. And there is no help either to go through InfoPass.

It's really hopeless! I'm worried USCIS accidentally misplaced my file. what should i do? tks.

Have you tried the POJ method? Search for "POJ"

It may be useful to contact your congressman/woman, or senator
