PhD from China
Cancer research postdoc in USA for 5 years, J1 (3-year)-> H1B (2nd year)
9 recommendation letters from scientists of FDA，NCI, and several titled
professors from USA, UK, and France.
Qualification claimed for EB1A petition
1. 20 peer-reviewed article + one book chapter, 180+ non-self citations
(same as NIW in original submission, but no RFE for EB1A, ridiculous)
2. 3 times media report with my name or picture in US news paper or magazine
(no RFE for EB1A)
3. 5 times reviewer for two Journals
(RFE EB1A, election process of reviewer, responsed)
4. A major national award in China and a so-so award in Beijing City
(RFE EB1A, percentage of awarded, responsed)
5. ACS Elected member
(RFE, percentage of granted, >50%? discard this in response)
6. Original contribution
(RFE, how important it is, responsed)
7. High salary (no RFE)

为了打指纹此事，我老婆跟我吵翻天。她告诉她妈我的指纹到了，但是她的还没有。
于是我那多疑的岳母就联想翩翩，“是不是把那个名额留给二奶了？... ... ...”
一与我老婆同姓的老中搬家/回国后，信用卡公司不知道怎么把账单转发到我家地址
（门牌号邮编相同， 街道不同），大概是催款通知，一连半年多，我老婆忍无可忍，
就多此一举地在信封贴上，"This person is not here"。这下可好了，连她自己的
信件都收不到，这期间我收到FP notice。直到月底，没有像往常一样收到她的工资
单，只收到我的，但是银行已经direct deposit了，才知道问题的严重性。我的FP
notice收到后，打2次电话给NSC,问老婆的FP notice 寄出没有？NSC的人不负责任
的回答，要等6个月才给查询。好吧6个月后打电话，才知道老婆的FP notice 才比
我的晚1个星期寄出，被USPS给退回NSC。NSC又原地址重发一份，所以比我FP晚半年。
以后就是漫长的Name CHeck了。
期间Inforpass 2 次，头次(老婆FP顺路同往)05/19/2007
黑大妈态度极其恶劣，什么都不说。第二次独自一人,不带老婆，梳洗打扮, 选黄道吉日，
10/10/2007，黑妹妹不错，色迷迷地告诉我NC pending,我感动地差点要请她下班后diner,
但是又怕回家不好跟老婆交待。对FBI怒不可遏，于是采取行动表达人民群众的强烈不满.
