上个月去美国做入籍面试，不幸被拒。理由是我在面试前的五年中有991天在美国境外，可是相关的网上资料只要求填N－400表时有30个月在美国，不知上诉的话胜算几何？
以下是我的基本情况：
1。2002年4月拿绿卡
2。2005年5月回中国工作。2002年4月至2005年5月期间只有3次离美三礼拜。
3。2005年5月后坚持不到6个月回美一趟，逗留一般3到4天。
4。2007年5月填N-400，申请入籍。当时的离美天数是742天（2007.5之前的五年）
5。2007年8月回美做指纹
6。2008年1月做面试，被拒。
拒绝的理由如下：
You were interviewed in regard to your application on January 23, 2008. During the interview it was discovered that you failed to meet the "continuous residence" requirement. Your trips outside of the country equaled a total number of 991 days in a five-year period. You are not allowed to stay outside of the countryfor more than 900 days in a five-year period. Therefore your application is denied because of LACK OF CONTINOUS RESIDENCE.
