Called TSC and got expected answer TFT2008-03-21 21:13:21

I called TSC, the lady, who seems always happened to pick up my phone and told me variouds different time tables this time told me very clearly that TSC is indeed processing cases based on NC memo.

1. For cases stucked by NC longer than three years, they will asign the cases to IO officer and process these cases.

2. But for cases stucked by NC not long enough, they will still be waitting for NC to be cleared to approve the case. They will only process the case until the NC be stucked long enough such as 2 ,3 or 4 years.

I also asked that the NC memo states clearly if NC pending is longer than 180 days, the case should be approved if it is aprovable. The lady said there are so many old cases in line. I told April 30th is the date TSC told everybody, she said it is impossible to finish these cases by April 30th. TSC gurantee nobody that their cases will be processed or touched by April 30th.

For my case which has a name pending over a year, she said based on the processing status, my case is still waitting for NC to be cleared and is not considered at this stage to be processed by NC memo.

This is absolutely sad news but it sounds like reality.
