Every time, when I call TSC, it takes more than 30 minutes to get through. If everybody have the similar situation. We can calculate how many calls they take everyday.
They works 8 hours perday, So basically they take 8*60/30=16 calls.
See the whole TSC center only pick up 16 calls, if you consider the time during conversation, they number is much fewer, maybe to 10 or less.
we do not know how many IO tyhey have, if they have 10, that means every IO averagely only pick up one phone call perday.
They are busy (as the record sound says during the call), but maybe busy with drinking tea or enjoying torturing these people who are waitting for their green card which can make them have a better future.
The way I calculate obviously is not right but we can have a rough idea how busy these guys are! It takes more than 30 minutes to get through, that means the officer taking with other people takes more than 30 minutes, which seems not true, sicne in my case, the talking time is only aropund 3 minutes.
Based on this, we can also conclude that the efficency of these IO dealing with cases is the same as they treat with these calls.
