I have sumitted two 485 on the same NIW based I140. Will this give me big trouble?
1. The first 485 was submitted on July 1st 2007 to NSC.
2. I did not get any response for more than one month. And also I found small error the check.
3. So I submitted the second 485 on TSC on Aug15 since I am worried I may not submit 485 for a long time if the first 485 got problems.
4. I got the receipts for the two 485 at Oct. So I write an letter to TSC to cancle the second 485, but did not get any response. And the second 485 was transfered to NSC at the beginning of this year (2008).
Teacher Pjiang, can you please suggest any solution? Will this give me very big trouble.
