Pjiang, Please help. NIW 140-approved, changing of job GreenGuy2008-06-30 20:24:46

My NIW 140 was approved, and seriously thinking to change job. In the petition letter, the lawyer claimed that Dr. ** is seeking employment in Electical and computer engineering, as it relates to image processing area.

Teacher Pjiang, can you tell me how big is the flexibility for me to change job.

1 Can I change to industry but still in image processing area ( My attorney said that will have risk since I will work for some company but not for the National interest).

2 Can I move to industry but just in Elecitrical and computer Engineer area, which is much big area?

3 Whether USCIS will further send me FRE for employment verification?
